Chlamydia Urine - Positivity Index
Overall, the three Chlamydia Urine rates show a similar behavior through time including the steady downward trend from the November 2022 peak. In November 2025 both the Total and Male rates dipped to 1.0% from 1.2% and 1.3% respectively, while the Female rate just turned up to 1.1% from 1.0%. Seeing that historic levels have been around 2.0%, the current rates being below 2.0% can be considered to be within expectations.
GC (Gonorrhea) Urine - Positivity Index
In November 2025 the three Gonorrhea Urine, that were at 0.3% in the prior month, show the Total rate unchanged, the Male rate going up to 0.5%, and the Female rate down to 0.2%. In this month the three rates stayed around the linear trend.
Trichomonas Vaginalis Urine- Positivity Index 
In November 2025 the all the Trichomonas Vaginalis Urine rates increased, Total rate to 0.4% from 0.2%, the Female rate to 0.7% from 0.4%, and the Male rate to 0.2% from 0.0%. The current rate levels are still within the general range of 0.0% to 1.5%.
Mycoplasma Genitalium Urine - Positivity Index
In November 2025 all the Mycoplasma G. Urine rates decreased, the Female rate to 3.0% from 4.4%, the Total rate to 2.3% from 3.2%, and the Male rate to 1.8% from 2.1%.
Chlamydia & GC (Gonorrhea) Throat and Rectal Swabs - Positivity Index
Based on market activity, the positivity rates for the four tests below have December 2022 as a relevant, starting point where all levels display their peak and then start overall downward trends. In November 2025, the three Chlamydia Rectal rates show the Total rate going up to 2.2% from 1.7%, the Female rate also up to 2.9% from 1.9%, and the Male rate down to 1.4% from 1.6%. For Chlamydia Throat the 0.5% of the prior month for the three rates, has the Male rate down to 0.2%, the Total rate unchanged, and the Female rate up at 0.8%. Although within an overall smaller range of 0.0% to 3.5%, when compared to the other swab rates, the volatility of the Gonorrhea Rectal lines is visible since April 2023, and in November 2025 the Female rate is turning up to 0.3% from 0.1%, the Male rate dropping to 0.7% from 1.6%, and the Total rate also going down to 0.5% from 0.9%. The Gonorrhea Throat rates have two moving up, the he Total rate to 1.0% from 0.7%, and the Female rate to 0.9% from 0.3%, and the Male rate unchanged at 1.1%. In conclusion, the rate levels displayed in the Gonorrhea Rectal swabs continue to show a more volatile behavior than the other three swab tests.
