1. To order a test, you must log into your account and select "Get Tested." 2. Our Gold Standard Panel does not include Throat and/or Rectal Swab. 3. Mycoplasma (MGEN) is not part of the Gold Standard Panel. 4. Our COVID-19 test is by THROAT Swab (Orange tube) so please be sure the collection sites swab your THROAT (NO NASAL SWABS) 5. You must complete the CONSENT FORM when at a draw facility in order for us to process your samples. 6. Your confirmation email contains your tracking number that way you can track your package. 7. The site must write your name and date of birth on all your samples. If the site fails to do so, your samples will be rejected and you will have to get recollected at no extra cost to you. 8. MONDAY HOLIDAYS: To ensure your samples are not rejected, make sure to purchase Saturday shipping by Friday, especially if theres a Monday holiday coming up.
